This is a planter that includes plants we use for cut-flower production. When the seedlings bloom, they will create a beautiful cut flower arrangement! The best thing about this planter is that the more you cut, the more the plants will bloom giving you multiple cut-flower arrangements for your home or to give away! We will deliver your flowers within 10 miles from our farm location.  

This is our bi-weekly subscription for July, August, and September. You will receive a total of 6 hand-picked fresh flower bouquets for the season.  The subscription will start as the flowers begin to start producing consistently.  After ordering, please look for an email from us to provide a printable certificate to give as a gift, and for more details.   We will use our best, seasonal flowers and these will be ready for pick-up on Friday or Saturday mornings. We can arrange a different pick-up date if needed and you can pick your weeks. Delivery option is available for purchase and is available for anywhere within a 10 mile radius of our farm location.
